What are stretch marks?
.....although they tend to affect more women than men.
They can occur on a range of body parts, including the stomach, thighs, hips, breasts, upper arms, and lower back. Over time they become less noticeable. Stretch marks are particularly common in pregnant women, especially during the last trimester.
Do stretch marks go away?
Stretch marks are very common, but the appearance may be lessened by using Shea Love London Body Butters, makeup, ointments, or surgical treatment (we don't advise surgical procedures as we all know there are risks associated with any type of surgery). Sometimes when the cause of the stretching is no longer a factor, stretch marks will disappear, but in most cases, over time, they fade to a less noticeable mark which blends into the skin pigmentation.
Apply the body butter after getting out of the shower or in between washes, however damp skin means Shea Butter spreads more easily and less is used as opposed to dry skin. use twice daily for best results.
